My dear husband Pat was a brave and courageous man, who passed at the age of 65. He was always a caring, kind and loving individual. He will live in our hearts and thoughts forever. Pat spent the last 6 weeks of his life at St Luke’s and we would like to thank everyone there for the love, care and support given to Pat and the family during this very difficult time.
